Here’s an idea. Cas’s back aches where his wings used to be. Sam has offered to rub out the muscles but he refuses. One day Dean see’s him shed the trenchcoat and shirt to reveal an ice pack tied up under his arms, bound between his shoulder blades, He’s coping, but he’s still in pain every day….
